The Challenge

The company had approximately 3,000 contacts and 2,000 companies in their HubSpot CRM with incomplete data — missing job titles, LinkedIn profiles, company summaries, and enriched firmographic details. Without enriched data, their sales team couldn't effectively segment, prioritize, or personalize outreach. They also wanted to implement an AI-powered customer agent to improve response times and reduce manual support load.

Scope of Work

• Scoped and quoted a Clay enrichment project for ~3,000 contacts and ~2,000 companies
• Designed enrichment strategy for contacts: Name, Title, Organization, Summary, Country, Location, LinkedIn URL
• Designed enrichment strategy for companies: Name, Industry, Employee count, Revenue, LinkedIn URL, Website, Company summary
• Planned HubSpot customer agent (AI chatbot) implementation
• Coordinated directly with Managing Director on scope and timeline
• Provided initial HubSpot implementation and ongoing upsell support
